Mengatasi Mata Sembab [Karena Menangis]

hai girls, seseorang yang habis menangis pasti akan mudah disadari oleh orang lain, tentu saja ada perbedaan yang mudah dikenali seperti mata yang sembab dan memerah. nah karna hal itu terkadang seseorang lebih memilih untuk menahan tangisannya. hari ini ayu akan membagi 4 tips untuk kalian cara mengatasi mata yang sembab itu :) 

Pertama, pakailah obat tetes mata untuk menghilangkan kemerahan pada mata dan mengurangi peradangan pembuluh darah. Kenapa mata bisa sembab saat menangis ? see on google ya girls :)

Kedua, kompres mata sekitar 10 - 15 menit dengan handuk yang telah di rendam ke dalam air dingin atau boleh juga menggunakan es. Pengompresan bertujuan untuk mengurangi pembengkakan (tentu saja) dan rasa nyeri pada mata setelah menangis.

Ketiga, gunakan irisan buah timun. Buah yang mengandung 90% air itu berguna untuk mengatasi kemerahan atau kehitaman juga kantung mata pada area sekitar mata serta memberi efek sejuk.

Keempat, minum air mineral. Girls, hindari dehidrasi dengan meminum air mineral setelah menangis. ini dikarenakan tubuh juga mengeluarkan banyak cairan saat air matamu keluar.

Selamat datang usia 20 :)

 

5 oktober 2013 kemarin adalah hari tepat 20 tahun yang lalu ayu dilahirkan menjadi anak pertama dan (ternyata) juga yang terakhir oleh seorang mama yang luar biasa. Alhamdulillah tidak ada hadiah yang paling ayu inginkan selain doa dan kehadiran orang-orang tercinta disekitar ayu. Rasa syukur selalu terucap karena di kelilingi orang-orang yang positif. Rasa bahagia selalu terasa karna Allah telah memberi kesempatan ayu untuk melihat dunia dan menikmati setiap karunia Allah hingga detik ini.

Suka dan duka yang mewarnai kehidupan 20 tahun yang lalu selalu menjadi pelajaran yang tidak ternilai. Semua hal baik maupun buruk yang terjadi sudah menempa ayu untuk memahami makna kehidupan dan semoga bisa menjadikan ayu pribadi yang siap untuk masa depan.
